If you had $1m in straight cash, where would you put it right now in this economy ?

1- 60% in stocks divided into divi and growth.
2- 10% in Mining farm... should generate around $400 to $500 per day. Or around $12K per month. With this, I start crypto bots in the first month, maybe 2. Starting on the 3rd month, I use that income for other investments.
3- Purchase vacation rentals in hot spot areas. I would only use the needed % to close the loans and I would buy 3 to 4. This should return another $12K per month. Can't say what % that is because it depends on the property prices.
4- The remaining, I set aside in anything that makes a % but I can get my hands on within an hour! In other words, All things can fail. In the end, you may need it.

land...probably hardwoods. Select cut that 1 time and make your money back. start a lease to pay property tax and insurance. Sell when you are ready.
