PSA Stubhub is terrible. Sold tickets weeks ago, stubhub/lsu not facilitating the transfer

FYI sold legal tickets through stubhub. Sold 2 tic and a single. These 3 folks probably calling and waiting on hold like I am to try and receive their tickets to know avail with 3+ he hold times with stubhub.

LONG SHOT Post here what tix you are waiting on and if they match the ones I sold I’ll make it happen.

LSU ticket office has acknowledged this problem but has no solution. Said they are “working” with stubhub.

Agreed no problems previously with stubhub. Call center is 3+ hr hold to remediate any issues.

The problem is the UCLA game is mobile phone delivery only and for some unknown reason doesn’t accept the LSU ticket bar code and no other option to deliver. Will require customer support to fix. Just too bad you can’t talk to anyone to fix this simple issue.

Against the rules but do you have the email of the buyer? I would try and reach out to them. I did so to complete 2 sales, not ucla tickets.

Tried all options on stubhub website, no details of the buyer at all. Previously I’ve even had the mailing address of buyer. Not this time.

Bummer more so for the buyers than myself....hope Pasadena is a good time regardless.

Thanks this is the most help I’ve seen so far. Impossible to contact them on the phone.

At least I submitted the tickets through their forum. Hope the buyers get them.

Calling at 7am and waiting on hold for roughly 45 minutes multiple times is what it took to get the buyers email. Good luck.

Finally received an email from stubhub with buyers email. Directly emailed them to buyers.

Yeah each time I’ve called Stubhub I’ve had to wait 47 minutes and 1 hour and 32 minutes. They are extremely short staffed and are having glitches with the platform they are using.
