i feed really bad for the kid. that injury will eff with his draft stock/future.
great seeing him improve as the LSU QB with his time here.
i'll always remember his performance in the UGA game and the way he almost willed the team back vs Ole miss after 3 picks.
he may have grown up a bulldog but dude's a tiger.

Appreciation for Zach
3 things that I will always remember Zach for.
1. Arm - 1 of the best ever
2. 3rd down conversions- This man stood tall in the pocket even with a hurt knee and delivered. This 1 stat is why LSU finished 9-3. Saved the year imo.
3. Walking off the field hurt against Bama and refusing any help from Turner
Good LucK Zach looking forward to seeing those BB's on Sundays.

He was a great Tiger, and fun to watch. I'm going to miss the passing game threats that we had this year; it will go down as one of our best ever.

I hope he reads all of this. He was a breath of fresh air for LSU in it's history of QB's. The best QB I've ever seen at LSU. This year was the first year in a long time that I didn't hold my breath at every snap in fears of our QB screwing things up.

Appreciate!!!! After being tortured with no offense for years, for the first time since Rohan, I felt we had a bad arse offense. Loved Mett's gimme some love RKansas bear hug for Jennings.

1 moment and game comes to mind for Mett to me above all others:
Going into UGA, his old school, a hostile environment, where he was pretty much vilified, and playing the game of his life with everyone who hated him watching, dueling UGAs golden boyAaron Murray in Murray's home stadium. Even though we lost, Mett showed what kind of competitor he was.Took some serious balls to do what he did that day.

Best of luck to Zach. I think he'll always have a place in our hearts. Gotta love a guy that cared for LSU as much as he did.
