My brother was a trumpeter in TGBFT in '79. I worked in the Band Department at a work-study job. I recognized the drum major and of course the Tiger Mascot, used to see them daily.

1979 link brought back some cool memories. Was in that band. As a trumpet player, we usually were on a line just behind the Golden Girls for their highlight dance routine. Best seat, or in my case stand, in the house.
