Kid has been through just about it all and he’s still showing no signs of transferring. It’s easy to take for granted but I respect the shite out of his commitment to LSU and only LSU. I hope he can contribute to this team is some way at the end of the year. God Speed Brennan.

Jesus.... you're just as bad as the idiots shitting on Brennan. What has he "been through" exactly?

Not fluffing. Just acknowledging a young man who stays true to his commitment and is going to fight to be the QB for LSU. Rather than taking the easy way out and transferring to an inferior team where he could easily start. Gotta respect a kid taking the tough road.

been through what? Getting hurt, one football related and one not?

Hell, many, many players get hurt and don't get playing time. Look, Brennan seems like a good guy, but I don't give a guy accolades for staying here. Many/most players stay all 4+ years without getting much playing time, and some get injured along the way.

And by the way, I'd put my money on Brennan transferring, with Max, Nuss, and Howard all here in 2022. And if he does, I'll wish him the best because I don't have any ax to grind with Brennan.

stuck it out and agreed to redshirt so he could sit behind a grad transfer that hadn't accomplished anything up to that point.

Well, I want you to explain to me why the other QBs LSU has and recruited should just step aside for Brennan as he has supposedly "been through so much"?

So if Johnson does well (and I expect he will) and Nussmeyer has an entire year to prepare himself to be ready and then we have the #1 QB in the Country coming in next season LSU is supposed to go backward and interrupt the development of
2 talented QBs and an incoming Top QB for what exactly?

Brennan deserved an opportunity this season but in truth that ship will have sailed by next season and he will be behind more than he is already. Johnson is the starter and was going to be anyway so Brennan at some point LSU has to move on because it is best for LSU. Nussmeyer, Howard, and Johnson are LSU's future starting right now.

If you are talking about Joe Burrow then I want to ask you a question. Why do you think LSU was looking for a QB in the 1st place. It was because Brennan was not good enough and neither were any of the rest of the QBs on the roster.

You sound like you think Brennan "agreed to sit out" meaning he had a chance to win the starting job. He did not. I do not dislike Brennan at all but some of you are in Fantasy Land. The FACT is that Johnson is a better QB than Myles Brennan and he was going to start anyway. It is time to move on.
