Move the right center field scoreboard.
Tear down the two RF bleachers. Put the pen right behind the right field fence. Build pennant seats from the pen north along the right field fence. Be creative. Put the RCF scoreboard behind the nee seats.
Tear down the left field bleachers. In left, put the pen right behind the left field fence. Build permanent seats to the right of the pen. Be creative.

But to upgrade they need to extend the concourses and install chairbacks down the lines at least IMO.
