This is the absolute best case scenario but even if this scenario you aren’t getting any top 25, maybe top 50, recruiting classes for a LONG time since the NCAA will be all up in your arse and payoffs will be off the table

The FBI has the power to do this, but they're not after Wade. The NCAA investigation will be coming after him but I don't know if NCAA has the power to demand bank statements without consent.

This isn't going to go away or end well for Wade or LSU!
If Joe Alleva had any sense he would be suspending Wade for the rest of the season or just outright fire him. He should impose a 2 year ban on the men's basketball team starting this year.

If you guys think that all of the FBI’s evidence is contained in a single yahoo article, then I would come back to reality. There’s going to be a trove of new information, unfortunately. It’s a trap to see if Wade denies, and then the hammer will fall.

how many times does it have to be stated. The FBI hasnt brought a case against wade. The FBI isnt the one bringing in the wiretap. It was the defense. The defense subpoenaed Wade. They are using him miller and rumors are mcdermott at creighton to use the defense of there is a culture of corruption.

I don't see how the NCAA could get their hands on these FBI tapes? The FBI doesn't give a shite about these College coaches, they are 100% focused on the Criminal elements involving Adidas and the so called "bag men". I'm not a lawyer but I don't believe the NCAA can request any of the evidence garnered via these FBI wiretaps.
Of course I may be totally missing something or just wrong so please correct if that's the case.

No AD would be that stupid. Especially considering that this happens AT EVERY SCHOOL. I mean just look at this information, Creighton is involved in 6 figure payouts to recruits, thats right Creighton had players that were paid 100k+ to play BB there so just try to explain that on one hand and then tell me Duke, UNC, UCLA,UK, Kansas etc are clean?
