You know, I don't want him, but I guess we could do worse.

He would need a good DC.

As I remember his teams are O and no D.

Of course provided that if Herman and Fisher were out of play. He was turning Arky into a legitimate player. His last two seasons were a combined record of 21-5 with a BCS win over Ohio State. His overall record at LOUISVILLE is 59-18.

I certainly wouldn't rule him out as long as our fan base could look past him getting a little poon on the side.

We lost to Ohio State in the Sugar Bowl.

You guys want no part of Petrino. It wasn't that he had a side piece, it was the fact he hired her. He put the university in a bad spot that could have cost us millions in legalities. So he put his personal agenda above anything else...family, job, etc. He wasn't fired for screwing the girl, he was fired for hiring her without interviewing anyone else, lying, giving her $30,000. Arkansas is a state institution, which makes the jobs state jobs. There were over 150 applicants. Could you imagine the lawsuits and the money that could have been lost by the UofA?

LSU is better than Petrino. I root for you guys when we don't play. Football wise, Petrino lived off of one recruiting class and Ryan Mallet transferring in from Michigan. His best athletes will be put on offense. Defense will be put to the side and when he leaves, your program will be in the shitter. His classes from 2010-11 had 26 guys either dismissed, arrested, or transferred out who were no longer here when Bert took over.

I'd rather see LSU go into a 10 year tailspin that sell the schools soul to that devil.

Worked out pretty good for Bama

Hell no. I made a comment about Petrino a few days ago in a thread about Lane Kiffin, but only to sarcastically compare the two men's lack of character.

I'm with you. I'd rather lose than have that POS.

I don't really care about a coach's personal life, but there are tons of red flags all over Petrino. Those start with his history of leaving programs at the drop of a hat, continue on at every stop he made, and culminate when he lied to his superior's about the crash.

If you want some side tail that is up to you and your wif. Covering it up and lying about though is an issue.

Yes, because there are only 2 good coaches available in the entire country.
