Would lsu be in bracket 1 or bracket 2 in Omaha?

Typically what happens is the side of bracket that starts their supers on Fri-Sun is the "first bracket" in Omaha that will start Friday in Omaha. The supers that start Sat-Mon would be the "second bracket" in Omaha and start Saturday.
If LSU makes it to Omaha would most likely begin on a Saturday. The exact time as in game 1 or 2 is determined once the teams are set for prime time matchups.

Winner of KENT/LSU will play winner of TN/Southern Miss on the 2nd day of the World Series on June 17. So we do not get Wake Forest first game.

Correct. If LSU were to advance this year they are most likely going to be in bracket 2 at 6pm.

Friday, June 16th is the first day of CWS. LSU would likely play Saturday, June 17th. Dudes up top are confusing the hell out of people.

It appears the CWS is back to a Friday-Saturday schedule for the opening games.

With LSU playing the Sat-Mon Super Regional (along with all of the other teams on their side of the bracket) it appears they would likely open the CWS on Saturday.

LSU will play the winner of the Tenn vs USM series in Omaha if we advance. WF plays the winner of the Texas vs Stanford series if they advance. We will play WF if LSU and WF wins. Bracket 1....
