Workout Facility Rehab

Saw they moved all the workout equip into the indoor practice field so they could remodel the workout area. Anyone know what that entails or looks like? Wonder if CLK pushed for it or it was already in the works.

From my understanding, this has been in the works for a while. Moving everything into the indoor facility isn’t something you do for a quick facelift, so expect a pretty significant overhaul. Not sure how much of the final scope changed recently, but the project itself wasn’t exactly a last-minute decision.

There has to be 25 construction projects going on right now on campus. Some new, some rehab. Maybe more.

This would make sense because I can't imagine why they'd start this project, and it would affect fall camp. This could have been started the day after spring ball ended.
I am guessing they waited until after the summer official visit window closed so the tours of the facilities would look good.

I was told last month they are replacing the floor. The old one had a tendency to be slippery when wet and the in new S&C coach didn't like it, so it had to go.

That didn't happened in the football weight room. It happened at the baseball facilities.
