I honestly want the best for this program and I know we can do so much more. In order to accomplish that we just need to finish adding the elite talent.

I think Demoss will end up helping a lot. One of her first comments here basically said its a miracle Nikki's been able to have so much success with the limited talent. She is a main recruiter here and its one of her top priorities.

I'll be honest, I don't think anyone saw Jackson having the impact she has had here. She was talented for sure but what she has done is incredible. Jacksons development is incredible and proves if Nikki can have that talent she will produce a nasty team.

We are going to miss Raigyne, but apparently we can possibly get TWO more years of Chloe. Her defense has improved and once she gets to her spots, she is lethal.

Van actually recruited pretty well. Issue was he couldn't mold that talent and develop the product. I think its one of the main reasons Nikki did so well to open up here. When she has the talent and pieces, she can mold an excellent team.

Exactly!
Van did a great job recruiting..........not quite as good as Pokey, but he still had the classes ranked in the top ten. Ironically, Nikki's done a better job actually coaching, but a less than perfect job recruiting. Maybe we should have Van come back and be on the bench with Nikki?

If we can have Jackson back one extra year, that is major news.

I wonder how good the transfer on the bench is. Really hope she can shoot well from 3.

I think one key missing component at the moment is we lack a true 2nd post player to compliment mitchell.

Aifuwa is capable but has issues with foul trouble and needs to extend her offense outside the paint.

Farley still has to develop but certainly has some potential.

I think it needs to continue to be a major priority to improve our 3 point shooting.

Keep in mind Aifuwa and Farley are both still first year players. They will get better. In fact, they've both improved since the beginning of this season.
