Can you imagine the run if Mulkey was coaching Augustus, Fowles, Johnson, etc.

Suppose I told you that LSU and UConn would have the same exact seed (3)....

Nikki Fargas was getting paid $900,000.00 made about $850,000.00 more than she should have.

Mulkey is the GOAT

Fargis should be arrested for theft. That was straight up robbery.

Loving the job that CKM is doing. Last night is a good example as she pulls a rabbit out of a hat.

Considering Mulkey herself beat the 2005 team while at Baylor, it is like the old quote from Bum Phillips about Bear Bryant:

Bryant can take his'n and beat your'n, and then he can turn around and take your'n and beat his'n.

they split 2 games that year. Pokey was 2-2 head to head against Mulkey

Mulkey just won when it mattered. I was at the Final Four for that match up. LSU had a 15 pt. lead but Kim made adjustments and they ended up dominating the second half.

Man, how great would that be to once again host the first two rounds?

A three seed is amazing, you get to host as well.

I would not love potentially facing OU though. That is a team like Missouri that can shoot 3's like no one's business.

Yeah right. Those teams didn’t lose in the playoffs due to coaching.

I just love how she openly talks about how she had to switch up her defense because she could not guard Augustus or any of the LSU players and needed to switch to zone in order to get the victory. She was just a fantastic coach all the way around.

I will go ahead and say it. The only reason she stayed this long was her skin color. As difficult as it is for people of color to become head coaches, the same goes for removing them. You either half to be abysmal in your job(Johnnie Jones) or violate school policies(Pokey) to get fired.

Are you say they were trying to get rid of her even before the violation?

Pokey would be a LSU legend coach if she would not have done what she did. Shame we had weak arse ADs who didn't go get Mulkey immediately afterwards.
