#80 Andy Hamilton of "Irish Stew for LSU" fame in Sports Illustrated after he caught several passes from both his cousin, Bert Jones, and from Paul Lyons. Hamilton got the better of Notre Dame's all-everything cornerback, Clarence Ellis (at least I think that was his name), throughout the beatdown by the Tigahs.

Billy Cannon. I remember my dad taking me to watch practice one afternoon. At that time the football practice field was the outfield of the old Alex Box. I remember my dad pointing out Billy Cannon to me as he jogged up and down the sideline.
