No, they’re not. They are helping to set a solid foundation, but we are not competing for a title in 2022. However, we will be in 2023+

2022 will not be the contender year but 2023 will be back to what we are normally accustomed I believe.

Right now we're finding guys to plug and play to just fill positions of need. They won't have multiple years to get used to the system. 2023 will be better when we are starting guys that have been in Kelly and the coordinator's system for longer. It's pretty common sense
