You are really not giving Gordon enough credit. You're wrong about him.

Tell you what. Go to your favorite sports bar in Madison, WI and engage in a circle jerk with the other Wisconsin fans until your balls turn bluer than a shotgun and then you can cry about how Melvin Gordon doesn't get the credit he deserves. I really don't care.

1) Argentina sucks.
2) You're an idiot.
3) I'm an LSU fan to the bone.
4) I go to grad school at UW, so I do know a little something about them.
5) Melvin Gordon does get the credit he deserves. Apparently you missed the memo. See point #2.

I truly believe the best athlete on that field will be UW's RB Gordon and it isn't close.

guess we'll wait and see. he's a good RB. but he's been contained before by lesser teams than LSU.

While this is a moot point, as Stave will be our QB, McEvoy played QB for Steve Spurrier at USC but lost out to Conner Shaw and decided to transfer to a JUCO. After he got to UW he was strongly in the QB competition during fall camp until he broke his hand.

That is why he was moved to safety. It was not that he was a terrible QB, he was just too hurt to throw while his natural athleticism allowed him to contribute on D. Notice that this year when UW has an open S spot there has been zero talk of Tanner moving back there. He is and always has been a QB.

Also the desire for a running QB has nothing to do with UW's O-line who return 4 of 5 starters, all of whom will play in the NFL. Anderson just prefers to have a mobile QB as he believes that it allows an O to be more explosive.

I know it still hurts. Don't try to deny it. Must be a terrible feeling to know that the best player in three generations couldn't get it done.

I feel you man. Just let me know if you need to talk it over. I'm here. I'm here.

Tough loss, but I'll live. Getting to the Final isn't easy. I'm proud of them regardless.

Messi can't get it done in the World Cup. That will be his legacy. Must be a tough reality to deal with.

They played not to lose the entire World Cup. fricking shameful.

Meh. He will still go down as one of the greatest players of all time. Messi has won at the most elite levels in all of futbol. Having a World Cup would've been awesome, but it just wasn't meant to be.

You either didn't watch the tournament, or you don't know much about futbol.

Who never won a World Cup. He's like the Dan Marino of soccer.

"Futbol."

I played soccer at a pretty high level. Probably higher than you ever did.

Sounds a lot like Les/Cam. I think these two teams or very close in how they want to attack a defense. It should be a great game. I have my tickets can't wait to see some LSU football.

1. That analogy isn't a very good one.

2. What's wrong with Dan Marino?

I get that you're trying to get a rise out of me. It's just not going to work. Besides, why can't we go back to trash talking about the LSU/Wisconsin game? This IS the Tiger Rant after all.

SO. You make it sound as if they are gonna throw 7 freshman in there with no experience.

Nobody really knew just how good LSU was going to be before that Oregon game, and Oregon was "a LOT better" than this Wisconsin team on paper.

Butthurt? What are you 12?

I just happen to know a bit about UW, being as I live here and watch all of their games. Sorry for being knowledgeable.
