It is great that WW is back. For me the big question is, how does this affect recruiting going forward? Seems like he would be under a microscope while coaching here. which sucks

LSU shouting from the mountaintops we didn’t do anything wrong is what that middle part was about. A lot of the public statements made by our admin during this entire fiasco have been aimed at the ncaa and poorly worded. Alleva talking about wade coming in and talking to him, he can take it even if its bad was another example. Badically saying if wade did anything we dont know about it and now if he did do anything he has denied it when asked directly.

I don’t know what experienced external candidates would be available, but I do know it would be a mistake to promote someone currently employed in LSU’s Athletic Department.

Great news but this doesn't change the fact that the athletic department is mismanaged and that both Alleva and Alexander have histories of interfering with good and competent personnel by throwing them under the bus to protect their own asses.

I believe the school is starting to get the hint. From here on out, Joe will be booed at every sporting event, every press conference, etc. There’s no way he keeps his job after this debacle.
