It blows my mind how there are so many posters that worship him...he hasn't earned it. He is in year 5....we are 3-4

Yes good recruiter and good coach but he has 9 assistants who played and know as much or more about basketball than he does. Much less what you and anyone else on the Rant knows. He nor any of his coaches can put the ball in the basket for these guys.
Losing Pinson hurts really bad not only from his skills standpoint but his leadership on the floor. Gaines does not have that.(yet)

I am. And so should all fans of LSU basketball.
The guy is coming to the end of his contract. With that comes a time to take off the wade jammies and start looking at him objectively

But it’s not a meaningful one. Wade’s team went to a sweet 16.
LSU has won more than 1 tournament game since Wade has been our coach.
