The FBI didn’t even use the wire tap recordings in court to convict Dawkins because they said that the topics, subjects and conversations were so vague and varied so much it would’ve just confused the jury.

I was under the impression that the trial was already over. Who knew?
As long as it's just Wade talking about "strong arse offer," I don't see how anything has changed.
And the article that was talking about an NOA was referencing the recruiting during a dead period not sure that would fit the level I or level II violation that is mentioned in Wade's contract.

Will Wade is my favorite coach on campus. I defended him when people like Madking said he shouldn’t be hired. And when everyone was bashing him last season.
I love Will Wade but I can also admit he screwed up. It shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to conceptualize that

Everybody knows he screwed up. He screwed up by not having another coach, or person, handle the dealings correctly. You've been waiting for the opportunity, hoping Wade went down, just so you could say how right you were. Your a damn cuck, and the majority of what you say is idiotic and/or wrong. Lester Earl can come up with all the contratrion arguments he wants but let me tell you the truth. Nothing will come of this. Why you might ask?
Real simple. The case has already been tried and there is no NEW EVIDENCE OR INFORMATION. Sure the media will play on everyone's emotions. Get people riled up. Hearing Wade's voice on the phone will be kind of shocking. But at the end of the day it will fade away. Also helps there is a global pandemic. So basketball will not be for another year. Every one will have forgotten and not cared by then. This will all blow over while we are drinking beer at the Winchester.
The cold hard facts is there is nothing there.
Real simple. The case has already been tried and there is no NEW EVIDENCE OR INFORMATION. Sure the media will play on everyone's emotions. Get people riled up.
