It's up to the men that run out of the tunnel to be honest. If the stadium sees energy from the players on the field, it will respond in kind. The converse is also true.
I think Saturday Night is going to be off the hook. I am expecting to see a continuance of acceleration towards this teams full potential. Tigers will play well tomorrow.

I find it sad that the state of Louisiana does not want us awaken Tiger Stadium. Cause if they did want us to awaken Tiger Stadium, we’d have 2 more bridges across the river , a loop, and LA30 be 6 lanes out to I-10 in Gonzalez.

traffic PTSD is real.
Are people actually worried about that? Idk about ya'll but I plan my whole weekend around LSU if i'm going to a game. I understand some people can't afford that luxury but why are ya'll worried about sitting in traffic for a bit after an LSU football game? It never bothered me THAT much.

Nah it still rocks for the really big games. Which this actually kind of is, but whether the fan base as a whole understands that or not won’t be known until tomorrow. People dipping out at half against Auburn last year was embarrassing. This game is at 5, not 8 though.
Agreed. This kinda feels like the 2000 LSU MSU game: new Tiger coach trying to turn the program around, with a chance to take out a rare Bulldog favorite. I think (and hope) Tiger fans rise to the challenge

I'll be there is force holding up the tradition! We need to be loud! This can be the SEC beginning we're all looking for in Tiger Stadium under CBK! Show up!

We have a reputation to uphold.
How many times have you travelled from Alaska to attend a game in TS since the expansion, Roger?

2014 Ole Miss was the loudest game I have attended, that was after the expansions and we already had two losses at that point.
2015 and 2019 Florida games also kicked arse
She still has the magic for the big games. Hopefully people understand this is a big game.

The stadium will rock until end of first half!
"My tickets I can leave if I want! blah! blah! Blah!"

I would go further back than that but yes...it has.
If the Alabama game here is close you get a fleeting idea here and there what it was like once....but that's about it.

How far back does your attendance go TV? I mean I was at that game too and it really does not even register as a memorable one for me relatively speaking.
Anyway, with the cell phones and the general disinterest of the younger generation it will never be like it was not only at LSU but everywhere.
What irks me and gets me in get off my lawn mode most is the pregame salute. Man, used to be the crowd would be frenzied at the start and maintain the frenzy throughout and even stepping it up higher when the band spelled the LSU out.
Now it starts of good but falls off pretty quickly and by the time they spell out the LSU it's a golf clap. Saddens me. i'm up there screaming and everyone is sitting by that time and looking at me like I'm crazy.

Will the thousands of corporate seats finally give a shite?

“Expansion
Elimination of tailgate areas
Corporate Tailgate Priority
Commercialized flashing lights
Piped in obnoxious music
NO Parking
Outrageous traffic
Stadium is not close to the same atmosphere as it was 10+ years ago.”
Sounds like everywhere. If we are good, the stadium will always be electric

We used to not need to be a top 10 team to have an electric stadium

Why do TV personalities and the new coaches still talk about it then? So it's not like the old hands remember it - I can understand that. I guess I sincerely can't comprehend the part about how adding another 20,000 seats makes it LESS loud. Or is it that people don't respond like back in the day? Sincere question.
