With the game on CBS, what do you think the run time will be?

A 2:30 CBS game end before 6:00.
No chance.

The State game ended at 5:56. 6:00 will be cutting it close.

I was at the Florida game and the Mississippi State game and the game flow from one to the other was extremely noticeable. ESPN has figured out how to broadcast a college football game to where the fans in the stands stay engaged. CBS needs to change their formula. It’s ridiculous.

You can leave at halftime as it should in effect be over

Not a chance. Even a 3-0 game on CBS will last 4 hours

Sure, if you're in the Pacific time zone.

If LSU is running and controlling the clock a bit then maybe it ends around 6ish, or a little after.
If LSU is slinging it and scoring quick, plus somewhat controlling the run game of Auburn, after 6:30.

One play followed by 15 minutes of commercials.

When you’re in the stadium you really notice how damn slow CBS games are. It’s terrible

We've all watched plenty of these 2:30 games. They never end before 6:00. Commercials, commercials, commercials.

LSU was milking the clock for a huge chunk of the Mississippi State game, it still went until 6. You don't need to go to commercial every single change of possession or timeout. CBS needs to adopt the split screen, commercial and field view that ESPN does ASAP. They also need to actually show the game more and not miss plays because they're spending too much time talking about some fluff piece or a stat. Cut to the game and then you can get back to whatever crap they're talking about.

6:08 would be a good place to put the over/under.

The game just 3 short days ago ended a couple minutes before 6:00.
