Yep, all that rain it dumps north still flows south into NO.

Yep, it all just flows right into the city. Into a secret canal under the Dome. This thread is an absolute shitshow of ignorance. Not even worth clearing up.

The level of stupidity is truly off the charts........

Every weather thread on here is full of stupid. Everyone is all of a sudden a weather forecaster and has the latest information with competing sites, maps, cone of uncertainties, etc. It's been happening since Katrina.

Apparently you haven't been keeping up with current events. Sure, everything may be fine, but is it a certainty? Willing to bet everything on it?

Pretty much like most rivers.

Meaning if water is poured into it upstream of New Orleans, it will flow through New Orleans which could raise the river if it's enough water.

It's literally how rivers work.

You definitely don't know how the Mississippi River works. Rain from one storm is not going to have an impact.

Hey if it gets you off calling me a girl go for it.

It's funny I don't see you bashing all the miserable pricks that all they do is bash alleva, bash O, bash Lsu. Of course, that would be because you are one of them. Y'all stick together.

Sorry if calling a spade a spade offends you.

The real question, which nobody seems to want to address, is whether the river is still operational.
