That's not how I saw him. I know he had the injuries that could be a red flag, but I always felt he would become a good starting back in the NFL.

I could care less if the guy doesn't break 50 yard runs. I always felt he was a tough runner who attacked the hole and was clearly a plus blocker and receiver.

I have a feeling you felt the same way about Justin Vincent and Alley Broussard after 2003

really big difference in being a prospect who has "potentially good starting RB" potential and top 5-10 pick potential

Not JV, but I still feel if Alley hadn't torn his ACL he had that kind of potential.

alley definitely had 1st round potential

when that boy got trucking, he was fast as shite for a 220-lb back, and he knew how to use his body to inflict damage

but on top of all of that, he could make guys miss. he could take the right angle 15 yards ahead of time

alley in 2004 was like keiland, minus half a step but with more body lean in the open field

What most forget about is that the collective bargaining ends and that many potential draft picks are going to go. It could mean a rookie cap, that is what is being mentioned. That could potentially change to face of college ball in the short term then move it the other direction after it is in place.

i thought the combine was very generous to addai.

that year i picked addai to go to the colts late in the first.

a late fisrt rounder was a slight reach at the time for the colts in most scouts oppinions. due to lack of carries you would typically expect in a first rounder.

i think the #2 is RBs

Do you think RJF will stay for a senior year ala Glenn Dorsey, or do you think he flies to the NFL?

He shoulda left last year because I hear Holliday is about to take his job.
