According to NFL guidelines, all players and essential personnel (Including the head coach) are tested daily for COVID.
The head coach practices with them daily, is in the locker room with them daily, and just finished locking arms with them at mid field.

I don't know, considering he had his face shield up so he could see before the 3rd quarter, I'm going to guess he's not super strict about it.
Regardless, he is tested daily, and would not be able to coach if positive. He is literally linking arms with players and not social distancing. So I'm going to guess if he had it, the players would get it anyway.
Look how fricking dumb this scene is. He is the only one wearing a mask. Why?
