Will Les' ritual of singing to the student section end now?

Was never a fan, and seemed Big 10ish to me.

Guess I asked for that. I'd edit to my true meaning, but I think you already know that. Good day to you sir.

I mean, I'd buy a truck from the man. But I'd have buyers remorse immediately. I know that doesn't have anything to do with your statement... just thought i'd say it.

Graduate in '04, never experienced it. Just didn't have a consensus on how many viewed it. Hell, the student section is empty in the 3rd, didn't know that many stuck around for it TBH.

I enjoyed that. I'd like to see it continue.

They need to mic up coach O singing. Now that would be epic

Tiger Band has been playing/singing the Alma Mater after games for decades.

I agree. I think it was Les' way of doing something positive to hide the fact that he was a horrible coach.

I attended the meet & greet as a student at West Laville after he was hired. Singing the Alma Mater after games was a suggestion to him that night from a student. He said "lemme hear it" and we sang it. And he liked it.

So basically, screw the "Big 10ish" notion.

I certainly hope not. You don't have to sing if you don't want to or watch. What could possibly bother you about it?

Not together with the team. Les certainly started that.

I'd kind of rather see the "holding the team back coming out of the tunnel" thing end.

It was kind of neat when he first did it. But it became a scripted kind of thing. Plus, sometimes it seemed like a metaphor - that he was actually holding the team back from achieving what they should have been able to achieve.
