Or gone the Sunday after A&M. I wonder if his contract includes bowl game bonus?

In my opinion he’s fired a day or two after A&M. We will have enough time to prep the D for a bowl game. I don’t think you cut bait till after A&M.

LSU isn’t worried about having to pay him a bowl game bonus. He should be gone Sunday morning after A&M. If they wait until after the bowl game, LSU will be putting itself at a major disadvantage when it comes to recruiting and hiring a new DC.

He will be back to honor his third year of his contract. Watch.

Funny thing is that going into this season, he was listed by national media as a hot, up and comer ready for a HC role.

IMO he will not get fired at all. We WILL get a D-line coach. There is something that is saying to me that A&M will offer Kelly. Money still talks. I don’t believe he goes but if they were desperate enough to give Jimbo a Natty plaque without a date and pay him $77 million to leave….nothing is off the table.

I would have zero problem if he was fired immediately. You can’t do any worse than he has.

This post makes no sense? A&M is not offering Kelly, haha. If Kelly doesn’t want to be at LSU(which I think he does) then let him be a loser at A&M. If House stays then that will be Kelly’s downfall.

The earlier your fire him the more time you have to hire his replacement.
Not advocating him especially, but hell you could fire House Saturday night after A&M and hire Leonhard Sunday morning.

That is definitely NOT what I’m saying. And we have done much worse than Kelly…..many many times.

Look, I’m probably Kelly’s biggest fan. I’m saying A&M is desperate for a winner. Really desperate. They will offer anyone, even cartoon characters if they think it means a trophy. $77 million to get him to leave? And that is definitely not logical.

House will not be “fired”. He will go back to the NFL to be a position coach or DC on a new staff.

They’re paying him $16m upfront and the rest under the life of the contact. They’ve got whales with frick you money that need to make tax free donations.

True. My grandson got his degree from there and their endowment is top 5 in the country. Alumni are extremely well placed.

Know someone on their BOT. It’s a double edged sword of having that amount of people willing to spend.

This post suggest you think HE controls his position.
