I said I was optimistic not happy
Optimistic: it will get better
Happy: this is already great.
I was NOT happpy after 2015, but I thought we’d be really good in 2016.
2016 sorta killed the optimism for a while.

So are you now trying to claim that a Washington state doesn’t run the Air Raid offense. Washington State under head coach Mike Leach.
Is that’s what you’d little brain is trying to put out into this world.

that'll be the day. you are not a happy person with ANYTHING about LSU football
Im happy during every lsu win.
I was happy with the fiesta bowl win.
What i won't do is tout the same type of 3 loss season and offensive woes that got the last coach fired.
3 loss seasons should be our floor not some tout worthy season.
Unlike you, i remember not to long ago thst getting stomped by bama and losing to multiple inferior teams wasnt a great season.

Yes. No changes. O just won 10 games with him and the less than average offense. Remember O said he was getting the best coordinators around. That's why he fired Canada when he realized Ensminger was in the staff.

Mike Leach is all about ball control
He don’t mess around with those “air raid” offenses

You may as well give up. Youre arguing with someone that said Troy was more talented than lsu in 2017 and blamed Moffitt for Southeastern holding us to 63 yards and 3 1st downs in a half.

I don't disagree with every single thing he says. However, some of what he is saying is so mind numbingly crazy that I feel dumber because I agree with anything he says at all.

You're hung up on labels and boxing things together. WSU doesn't run a true air raid, not the kind Leach ran at TTU
I guess you could theoretically call any offense that utilizes 4 WRs, short crosses and screens with a no huddle as "air raid" but most just realize it's a type of spread. It works far better against teams that don't utilize press coverage.

We should run a ball control offense like
Jimbo Fisher, Mike Leach, and Tom Herman
Let’s justvrun that iffense

Urban runs a "smash mouth spread".
You've already stated you wouldn't be happy with Hermans offense because it finished outside the top 50

Exactly. Anytime i find myself agreeing with him it makes me rethink my position.

Because he was at TTU a full decade ago.
His offense has evolved but conceptually is still the air raid offense.

You’re sos hung up on being right that’s your being a fricking moron. Mike Leach runs an Air raid so does a lot of schools. It’s an evolving offense but conceptually all one tree.

AIR RAID PLAYBOOK
Under Mike Leach, WSU runs the Air Raid offense. Despite five receivers entering the pattern on virtually every play in what looks like loosely organized chaos, it's not nearly as complicated as you might think. These posts will teach you about its basics, which covers the vast majority of what you'll see on Saturdays from the Cougs.

Facts carry no weight in his discussions.
Facts blah blah blah

Tom Herman’s offense finished 10th in 2015.
Has E finished 10th since like the 80s?

I never said that
However it's quite different than his TTU offense. Just a variety of spread.

When given direct and inarguable evidence he still wont admit he is wrong.

It's mostly underneath stuff. Short yardage.
