I mean I think If you wanted to be very simplistic the Air Raid itself is a variety of Spread.

EXACTLY....His offense evolved over time. LSU is the only team trying to continue to run an offense from 30 years ago. THATS THE CONCERN MOST PEOPLE HAVE.

You can call t whatever you want, it's just his version of the spread that doesn't resemble his "air raid" concepts of the 80s outside the R/P ratio.
Air raid applies more to leach than any specific concepts

If at any point in this arguement about Air Raid offense you thought other people were talking about 40 year old version of the offenses you were very wrong

He didn’t run offenses in the 80s he was an oline coach then. His first HC job was 2000 and his offense is very much the same. His last season at Texas Tech 52.1 pass attempts per game, at Wazu this season 51.5 pass attempts per game, his first season at Texas Tech 51.1 pass attempts per game. Dunno why you argue against stuff that can be researched and proven.
