I really don't agree with your logic.
In my opinion, the coaching staff is trying to go from 0 legit QB options to 1. Once they feel like they have 1, it's over barring a major change.
When Harris played, Jennings was also struggling...and Harris was totally overwhelmed.
I think they continue to let Harris get playing time. And, if Harris somehow starts to advance quickly, maybe something changes. But, at this point, I'd put the likelihood of that somewhere close to 5-10%.

It's definitely weird that the LSU head coach would get all stubborn about what the fans know best.

Harris is Cam's guy.
And while Jennings has been decent enough to win a few games, he's not been very good. A lot of that has been play calling in his 2 starts. And I don't think either QB will look good with that play calling.
But, I do think that Harris getting snaps in that situation says a lot. Either they really like Harris, or they don't think Jennings has separated himself enough to keep a true freshman from coming in during that situation.

We have a starting qb who has never played 2 weeks in a row and we're focused on our freshman backup? How bout we keep the main thing the main thing?

Yes. Not 50/50, but yes. Both are going to play this season. For a long time most thought he had won the starting job. He hadn't people thought that because he is showing lots of promise in practice.

Ugggghhh.. you still don't agree!!! Think about this. He got playing time in a huge game while were were losing. That doesn't happen unless he is going to get snaps later on.

This thread is retarted. After Saturday when Jennings runs the O to perfection, and Harris looks lost, can we please just get behind Jennings this year? Harris will get his, but it won't be this year as a True Freshman. . .
