Those TWO second half incompletions of his must have taken place in the third quarter...

Edit: (By the way, the two incompletions were split between the second half quarters.)

50/50 snaps

Miles said 50/50 reps. Reps usually means practice and snaps usually means game. 50/50 for practice makes sense. Game snaps will depend on the game itself and how Harris performs when he gets his shot. It the team seems confused with him in there he won't play much.

so yes he will most likely get a substantial amount

We'll see. I am not so sure. I would like to see Harris play as much as possible, but assume that CLM has a lot more information about this than do I.

AJ will start. Like most young QB he will be a much better player at home.
I personally think in the second half he did a great job against Wisconsin. 1st half was pretty much what I expected from a young QB in a big away game.
Harris will get light duty.

There is one and only one White Tiger. I assume responsibility for none other than myself. You may have just made an enemy of TIGRLEE...

How do you know it's stubborness?

If you read it again, carefully this time, you will note that I said appears to be insanely stubborn. That is not at all the same as claiming he is stubborn. Just saying. Anyway, since you brought it up, can you explain why JL never saw the field on that night? I cannot.

People need to resign themselves that we have no QB controversy. It's Miles, man. Harris may end up playing about as much as Jennings did, pre-Mett ACL. The Harris/Buga magic may not play out like we've hyped. Also, get used to Welter. You'll have to take it just like you had to take Danny McCray and Karnell Hatcher.

I think AJ looked strong after settling in against Wisconsin. Lets get one thing straight, he is the starter and will be throughout the season. And Miles has never been a guy who plays the second string QB just for the sake of experience. Granted with our poor QB play over the last 6 years or so, except last year, he didn't have the luxury of sitting his starter bc the starter needed reps to get better. He could have done so last year with Mett and Jennings but didn't. What makes you think he will get the second string guy experience when the first guy is just as green? I don't expect Harris to play much

When will you rantards learn the decision making process?

Cam Cameron will decide the number of snaps each QB is allocated.

Did you see his performance in the first Alabama game? Pretending that playing Jarrett Lee would have been anything more than a Hail Mary is foolish. Having said that, at some point, we were down to Hail Mary time. But, some people act like it was the difference in the game.

I just don't think the coaches are as sold with Jennings as y'all are. Or, maybe the separation just isn't that great in practice. I don't think Cam is gonna settle for mediocre performances, even if for a half every game.

And, Harris must have shown the coaches something special. As a true freshman, he got playing time in the first half, at a neutral site, against a top 15 team, while we were losing. Him getting any snaps is pretty freaking impressive. Either he has really impressed the staff in practice, or Jennings has not pulled away.

Exactly. Harris is Cam's guy. He will get his chance to win the job. I think fans expectations were a bit too high for first game performances. These next few weeks will be telling.
