Fortunately, I was driving and not able to watch the game. But Kurt Warner said several times that May was tentative and holding on to the ball too long. Listening to the game, it sounded like the entire offense was terrible and the New England defense kept then in the game? And that the Seattle DL destroyed the Patriots OL.

Nutty if people are saying that Will single-handedly lost that game. Their whole offense was overrated after feasting on the easy last-place schedule during by the season. Did you watch the AFC Championship vs Broncos? That defense completely shut them down too - wasn’t the wind or snow flurries. Coaches need to adjust play calling, WRs need to get open, Maye held the ball way too long. Seattle defense was WAY better than Patriot offense, across the board. If anyone was going to “never live this down” I thought it would be Maye.

No the coaches lost the game.. he's a rookie with a knee probably not 100% going against an all pro.. no adjustments no help. .. no offense or running game to offset the pass rush.

Dude, on plays where you are lined up one one player, and the whole world knows your assignment, and you get beat so bad, you barely touch the guy? And you want help?
It wasn't 1 guy, or 1 play, or 1 type of assignment. He failed at every single category they have to evaluate a tackles performance.
On top of all that, please tell me when the last time you saw a left tackle in the NFL get fricking plowed and landed on his shoulders and back.

I dont care if he had 3 healthy knees. He simply played as poorly as anyone in the league this year, during the SB. Once the trust was gone and we had to "help" him do his job, it opened up the rest of the line to problems.
This should never ever be the case for a top draft pick

He was the gameplay for their D

Patriots did way better than they should have after the prior shite season and had lots of good fortune.

Had Nix been healthy, Denver would have been in the SB.

Seattle was just a better team. Slightly better defense, much better offense.

Will Campbell strained his MCL in late November and his PFF grades plummeted afterward. He was not himself. The fact that the Patriots had nobody else behind him is astonishing.

Probably true but he shouldn’t have said anything about it. Needs to keep his mouth shut and go out there next year and prove the doubters wrong.

While Campbell's play certainly didn't help he wasn't the one reason the Pats didn't win. The biggest difference in the game was the veteran play by Sam Darnold to extend plays and escape pressure. Both teams played great defense, Seattle offense just had more veterans and did just enough to win the game. The better team won. A Freshamn tackle playing in the Super Bowl is impressive but his play was atrocious and he needs to learn and grow from it if he wants to stay in the league.

We watched a different game. Seattle was the no.1 defense and they obliterated the pats and had a mvp of the game running back for over a hundred and thirty.

He was a freshman starter at LSU, All American and first round draft choice. Started as rookie and his team made it to the Super Bowl, He had a bad game. Wouldn't you critics like to have his resume? Ever have a bad day at work?

I’d argue he was worse than the pressures show.

They slid protection his way all night to help him, leaving other spots vulnerable. That doesnt show up in stats. They used RBs and TEs to chip, etc only on his side. They even ran a bunch of bootlegs to try and get a little more time.

Campbell got obliterated.

He was atrocious the entire post season. This wasn't a one game sample.

That’s cute. Nussmeier wasn’t on the injury report for much of the season either.

This is what happens when the games are scripted.

So I guess you can say he is a good LT until he faces a good pass rusher. Im not sure what that means,

I guess Vrabel should have checked with you before following through with his backing of Campbell at LT.
