NO! Great HC's are much rarer than great OC's. Though many fans don't think so CLM is a GREAT HC. If you are lucky enough to get one of those you hang on to him at all costs.
There are a lot more misses to be had than hits when doing a coaching search. CC's record is much better as an OC than as a HC!

No. Les has shown he has the knack for running the whole team operation. Cam has been a disaster in both head coaching positions he has been in.
I think Cam may finally understand the saying "A man has to know his limitations". He will only top out as a successful coordinator, and he can do it here supporting a coach he respects and has a long friendship with. I think he's here for as long as Miles is.

He signed a three year contract, he stays for three years. He and Mile are buddies. Cam made a commitment, he honors it.
