Thoughts? That's pretty low humidity compared to BR

Won't be an issue for thoroughly conditioned athletes in premiere shape.

Won’t affect a team from south Louisiana that’s for sure

Baton Rouge will be similar. Clemson game is same. 107 heat index

We play in south Louisiana heat and humidity.
We will be fine.
We will be fine.

Les would still wear a jacket

I don’t know where you live, but it’s been 95+ with 1000% humidity all summer. They will be fine
Posted on 9/3/19 at 12:35 pm to BillyBoy22
What about it? Do you think that's going to hurt us? You think these players havent gone outside this summer? UT doesnt have a leg up on us if heat is concerned
Posted on 9/3/19 at 12:35 pm to BillyBoy22
The 45% humidity is not of great concern since the humidity typically is over 85-90% in Baton Rouge around this time of the year. Sun will be a minor factor for the first part of the 1st quarter since Austin is in the same time zone, but further west. After that, both sidelines will be in the shade.

45% humidity! That's a cool front for Tiger fans...

We'll see a couple athletes from both sides cramp up. It's unavoidable, but I don't think it will be a huge factor. Heat is a non-discriminating element. It will affect both sides the same.

I'd like to see LSU use a 50/50 run-pass split, and to win the TOP battle.
Keeping a defense with 8 new starters on the field for the majority of the game should get LSU into favorable matchups in the second half, wearing down their lack of experienced depth in this heat and resulting in plus plays down the stretch.

Coach O said that he was in touch with LA Tech staff about field conditions and think they’ll be ok

Good to see you in here, KG.
How do you see this season going for LSU?
And of course how do you see this game against UT?

Put it this way, it doesnt have any comparison to the LSU Auburn game 2 years ago! That stadium was a damn miserable place to be, however watching LF7 run all over the place was fun
