Y’all are idiots. They ARE contesting the 3. AL is penetrating and causing help to slide over and defend the rim which leaves others open. Players are not closing out well BUT what the hell are you going to do when a guy is shooting 7/7 from 3pt line. It’s not like he’s wide open. And the other AL players are pulling up from 23ft and draining it.
The solution should be to deny petty the ball. When he gets it, double him. Make someone else beat us at this point.

Totally agree with your assessment. It has nothing to do with poor big-game coaching. It has nothing to do with poor defense. It has nothing to do with anything other than bad luck. It's not fair that the universe doesn't like LSU, but apparently that's the case. Bad Luck....right?
