Porter has been but was absent from am practice today. Pocic filled in. Not sure if he was at pm practice

I don't think so. Talented but inexperienced would be how I would describe it. Some of the most talent we've had a across the board on the OL in a while. Just not a lot of PT among them.
I would say the candidates for taking over at that spot would be (in some sort of order):
Alexander
Austin
Fanaika
Washington
Dodd
Porter (with Pocic @ center)

Unfortunately, there is no helmet in existence that can prevent a concussion because concussions are usually caused by the brain's impact on the skull. A helmet that prevents concussions would have to counteract the brain's force of inertia as it compacts and collides against the bone.

Porter has done more of that than Pocic, I think.
Normally the true frosh only work on one position, they cross train the older guys.

there is no doubt IMO.
he's already had one that cost him the entire second half of last season.
If he was unconcious for 5 minutes, there is no way on earth that kid should strap it up again.
