Wilbon has never known anything about college football and he's a moron because once Florida didn't try to play on Saturday, Sunday or even Monday at UF, at LSU or at a neutral site, then they gave up their right to play LSU in Gainesville. shite happens and it happened. Why would LSU have to cancel a home game due to UF not even trying to get the game played that weekend when LSU did everything they could to play the game?
And for the dumb broad saying it's shameful and that LSU more than anyone should be sympathetic to hurricanes, as Freddy Mercury sang, THE SHOW MUST GO ON! THE SHOW ALWAYS GOES ON! That's how life is. These are football players, not ballerinas. Of course we hate for anyone to be affected by a hurricane and they're horrible disasters, but life goes on. It doesn't stop. It's a harsh reality sometimes, but that's how it goes. Forfeita's AD said it all before the cancellation by stating "This game will not be moved out of Gainesville." They are the jackasses because everyone knew the storm was too close and unpredictable to play in Gainesville as scheduled and they acted like mother nature couldn't mess with them. That was just an overconfident, a$$hole comment to make.

And why bring up Haiti, I feel sorry for what they are going through. But that has nothing to do with Florida ducking out of playing us.
Everyone understands the tragedy in Haiti and feels empathy for those people. But, youre right, it has nothing to do Florida ducking us and now wanting every concession on their terms only....fk em!

Who the frick cares what any of them say? LSU is going to do what it has to do regardless of these morons' opinions. I quit watching that crap after bountygate.

Apparently since that happened he was told not to talk bad about Bama anymore, or else...

But that's exactly why LSU has standing to lecture Florida. Bc LSU went through an actual disaster.

I think not playing at all is worse than giving in, you're essentially screwing the kids by not giving them a chance to play in Atlanta

I have no idea why, but Mike Wilbon HATES LSU. Every time I've ever heard him bring LSU up he instantly has a disgusted look on his face. I used to like the guy a lot. Not so much anymore.
I say it is the price of Notiriety and Jealousy, and frankly can you blame them. They are not part of us and they are bummed out

I also think some of them could be just as disappointed with our performance over the last 5 years, given our talent level

On tiger rag radio there was an old professor I didn't get which sec school he taught at but he's been around forever and he's a big football guy. He said take a look at the sec since the arky USC expansion if you notice Florida and Alabama for whatever reasons have always been pampered by the sec since then. And he's 100% right. Sports is loved for it's instant gratification and the fact that between the lines everyone is held accountable to the same rules but outside the lines the sec is a major money making machine and if you don't believe it's full of corruption you're just naieve.

So every other team that played in Florida and the surrounding area should be ashamed for playing?
Posted on 10/12/16 at 8:59 pm to jimmy the leg
Maybe LSU shouldn't count the Wisconsin game as a loss as we were out helping with the Cajun Navy and had little time to prep for the game!

Easy. Alabama football scream front runner and rakes in all sorts of cash from not only the loyal die hards but the mindless bandwaggon masses. And where is that SEC office again?? UF is richest SEC university. Money corruption and lust for power. Yep if the shoes fit....

Uh, LSU DOES have the right and DOES have a say if it will play UF on the 19th.
Screw thay idiot. So now firing Miles at the end of the year is what this idiot thinks was the right thing to do? Really.
Mr. Wilbon you are a complete fool.
