Guys lets sit back and regroup let our new coach handle things
You must be brand new to tRant, yea? tRant has at a minimum, 12 to 15 better College Head Coaches than any LSU Ball Coach. Especially the Base, Basket & Foot one’s.
If you wish to meet a few of em just start a thread about what a GREAT Strategically minded HC Les Miles was at LSU. Then just sit back for 10-15 Minutes & watch how many of these “Coaches” suddenly appear outta nowhere. LOL!!

A bit of a reach, but I'm surprised he didn't receive more playing time in some capacity.
He has a unique skill set and showed a lot of heart during the bowl game.

When you said it traveled 60 yards, that surprised me, so I had to go back to check. He released it from the 9, and Hilton caught it at the 38, so it traveled 54 yards thru the air. That’s very good, especially for a. WR, but I think all of our QBs can toss it at least that far. Max had the weakest arm among the QB group, but I’ve seen him make throws over 50 yards this year.
Obviously arm strength is only one element of good QB play. I don’t know if Jontre could’ve been a good QB in an offense designed for a running QB, but his performance in the Kansas game certainly doesn’t prove that. He made a couple of good throws, especially that last throw which was great, but he has a long way to go to become a good QB. I do think he proved that he could be a good gadget player. If he can earn a starting WR spot in the NFL, I expect a team to use his arm on occasions on trick plays, or use him in wildcat formations, even if he gets on a roster in any position.

It wasn’t fair to the other QB’s that practiced their asses off during the season.
Hell..might as well use the kicker as the RB.

I believe it was Rice 2018 in garbage time one play was run with JK lined up as QB. Procedural penalty killed the play and he didn’t go back in the game.
