Hughes is a starter because of his defense, not his hitting. Not everyone can hit .300+, but even fewer can play the hot corner.

You must be fricking joking. If he was and incredible SS it would make sense but he isn’t a game changer at 3rd. He shouldn’t be starting at a program like LSU and that’s the issue
