Why isn’t assistant head coach coaching the bowl game ??

This is ridiculous. Joseph is the assistant head coach and should coach the bowl game. PERIOD. No discussion.

I think the people at LSU know a little more than you about what's going on. Probably a big clue certain people are gone. Why do you care?

Well, it seems that even though our boards were wrong about Riley, they may have been right about Woodward already having his guy. The incoming (as yet to be announced) HC could be retaining Brad Davis and recommended him for the bowl game interim over Mickey who may not be retained. Just guessing.

I heard Joseph has been offered the OC position at Nebraska. Maybe that’s why.

A couple of the media members mentioned Joseph having a offer to join the Nebraska staff. Curious to know if he is headed to Nebraska when that happens. I believe he is under contract at LSU until January. I’m sure Nebraska would like to have him in place soon so he can start recruiting.

If a guy was coming for sure, seems like he’d want to be here recruiting asap. Not finishing out a season he is no longer invested in.
