Why is MSU still allowed to bring noise makers in stadium?

because how else would they make any noise? It isn't a bowl and if you've ever been there, it's a bit...high schoolish.

They're making it a bowl which will help the atmosphere a little. The big screen is really an overcompensation of something else....they messed up by not putting end zone bleachers in and making it seem like a stadium, and not just sideline seating.

Isn't it suppose to be a 15 yard penalty?

If they ever get good and start beating Bama, they will be banned from the stadium. Guaranteed.

They seem to like their cowbells more than their team. They were ringing them no matter if they were on offense or defense

it is somewhat of a tradition there that the students seem to really enjoy and, frankly, they don't really have an effect on the games at this point...

as teddy says, if they do start to effect the games, they will be discontinued with quickness...

have to say, they are just irritating as hell, though...I wanted to choke the kid ringing one behind my head last night...

Tiny Stadium (relatively) plus tradition equals cow bells.

Silly but their stadium needs those bells to compete with the home field advantage of places like our Valley and the Swamp.

Ole Miss has to get rid of mascot and confederate flags. No rules were broken

Miss state keeps cow bells that are clearly in violation
