Sorry, 4 out of 5, missed the 2017 year. Point is though, they have been up there consistently, that is why they were mentioned.

Dumb! Without Orgeron, no Burrow, No Heisman, No National Championship, No Chase and on and on.
When BK wins a championship then talk.

That loss to A&M was a gamechanger. And the game wasn't really even competitive after that infamous Jayden fumble. Just pitiful, and LSU's reputation suffered a body slam.

We are not a perennial power. 1 good season and a few average ones in 10 years doesn’t count for much. Only 1 playoff appearance doesn’t help your argument either.

Clemson has been to 4 of the 8 college football playoffs. They last time they won less than 10 games was 2010.

And look at their schedule...

ACC not equal to SEC. They would lose 2/3 with our schedule easily.

Alabama I get. But I don’t get why Clemson always gets treated as some dynasty and LSU is never mentioned.

Really? In 9 CFP seasons, only Alabama has more appearances and Championships. Of Bama's 4 losses in the CFP, 2 were to Clemson. They just had their first 3 loss in back-to-back seasons since 2010-2011. They have had a run in the last decade that is very very good and very consistent. I think another season like the last two and people start to discount them more and more though.

CFP Appearances

Alabama 7
Clemson 6
Ohio State 5
Oklahoma 4
Georgia 3
Notre Dame 2
Michigan 2
LSU 1
Oregon 1
Florida State 1
Michigan State 1
Washington 1
Cincinnati 1
TCU 1

CFP Championships

Alabama 3
Clemson 2
Ohio State 1
Georgia 1
LSU 1

Y’all can say this all you want but it doesn’t change the facts. Clemson has been the most successful program not named Alabama over the last decade. We have had one year that we have won something of significance the the past decade. You have to been consistently dominant to be mentioned with them and we haven’t done that.

Recent history of losing seasons and an end of season implosion this season doesn't make you all that relevant. You don't have to like it, but the rest of the world understands it

What do you think LSU record of 10 wins per year would be playing in the ACC since 2010?

They have the easiest path to the FB playoffs than any other team in CFB. If LSU was in that conference we would be a perennial national powerhouse.

No idea. Definitely wouldn't have won 10 the past two years. Might not have won 10 this year. 2016 would've been questionable. There's really no way of knowing.
