Why does all of the media give LSU no respect?

Everyone keeps saying LSU is going to be down this year cause we have alot of younger players starting. I just do not understand, its like they do not think we can reload, we have to rebuild. Our own local newspaper projected 4 losses!!

I saw alot of respect given on gameday. Maybe I missed something. Besides Pollacks prediction yesterday I haven't seen anything else that showed no respect.

Apparently you don't listen to the sports media very much or all you're doing is sitting and waiting to hear the negative.LSU has earned
respect from some of the media,I don't really see where what the media said can be construed as negative,a little sensitive aren't we?

Interesting question. I believe this is the first time I've seen the issue raised on this site.
BTW, you can probably find this same question on every message for every team in the country. It's the nature of the beast that fans think their teams get no respect. Honestly. That's pretty much all it is.
