I personally never refer to "stars" once a player signs with LSU. He is simply an LSU player and it only matters what he does after that. But, I have no desire to control what others use as reference.

when the workers at 247 watch film they categorize you into a 2 star, 3 star, 4 star, or 5 star ranking. His film resembled a 4 star. Did you not know this?
He was a 3 star because of grades and everyone said he was juco bound that's why he signed after the signing period.
