They have a good center (and OL) already. If not Queen, I thought Fulton would have been a great option especially after seeing Apple being burned so many times.

Buddy of mine said there is a REC higher up that works closely with the Saints for the draft to minimize the amount of LSU players drafted by the Saints as part of growing the Bama footprint in New Orleans for recruiting purposes

Because Queen was a 1st year starter who didn't start calling plays until the end of the year. They were seeking a high IQ prospect who could hit the ground running and Ruiz checked those boxes for them.

Holy shite I hope your post was sarcasm. If it wasn’t tell your buddy to seek help and if you believe him you need help as well.

Dude REC has guys at every level of football. They have a guy who works at 247 that’s sole job is making sure Bama signees don’t look bad on the highlight tapes of other recruits.

Your friend doesn't sound very bright. Multimillion-dollar businesses do what is best for the business. Not for what Alabama thinks would be best for them

High school teachers in Alabama have to be screened by REC before being hired.

If you think Sean Payton has allowed Alabama to influence his decisions on drafting players then I feel sorry for you.

Larry Warford is in a contract year. This pretty much guarantees he won't be around long.

He’s not a great fit for the saints. He will wreck shite as a will linebacker in the nfl, but he’s not bulky enough to play the middle. SP would have to be willing to move his all pro will linebacker to mike to make it work.

I think they were going to take Murray, but got blocked them went with a G.
