Playing Utah/Baylor/OK vs Clemson. Even if we win the semi vs Clemson we’ll definitely be more beat up than playing one of the other teams.

They have close to the best (if not the best) recruiting presence in the Samoan/Tongan community. Their defense is very big and very nasty.
This is a solid football team. Just my opinion, but I'd rather play Clemson (and would NOT be surprised if Utah knocks off Ohio St)
In a final, LSU has too much offense. LSU by 2+ scores in a shootout. However, if LSU plays conservative, it could get ugly.

I think the 2019 Clemson team is easier than Utah.
I think you are confusing 2018 Clemson with 2019 Clemson. Very different teams.
