Why can't LSU get bats that dont clash with team uniforms?

It's crazy imo that we are using bats that are red and white and that completely clash with our uniforms given the kind of money and resources that are poured into big time college baseball these days.
Is it really that hard for the manufacturer of a bat that's getting such prominent usage on national TV to throw a little blue dye in their ink hopper and ship a dozen or so of the same bats with purple graphics instead of red to LSU for game usage?

LSU’s Cat 9s were purple and white. These are brand new Cat Xs that just got here this week.

Whoever is the rep for the company that sells / provides these bats to LSU needs to get his arse to the manufacturing facility and swap out the dye for like a hour

Thank you bc I would have definitely noticed this and made a thread about it earlier in the year if we had been using red bats that clash so badly.

IF I was a bat manufacturer I would want all bats to clash with uniforms for more visibility. That’s just me

I never look at such things. I notice the terrible walk up music far more. But their taste in music, however bad it may be, is not my problem. I'd much rather they spend their efforts making Alex Box Stadium not look like such a sterile environment.

That's outdated thinking imo. Nowadays you'd want them to match (or flow at least- Deichmanns green bat above for example) but stand out in a different way. A good way, not an irritating way.

That's fine. It doesn't actually have to MATCH. The green works. The red doesn't.
