Why can we not finish a game vs Bama

The past 7 games against Bama we should have or had a real opportunity in 4 of them to win the game. What separates us from say Auburn who has had at least some success vs them. Talent is not the problem, we thought Les was the problem and turns out O is just as much the same. What do we need to be able to finish games with Bama. Motivation does not seem to be an issue either the players always play with max effort. Thoughts?

3 we should HAD. The other 4 we weren’t very competive.
The majority of the 7 loses have been coaching. A few could be blamed on talent alone.

All about the lines baw...
The lines have been beefed up. I still don’t see us beating them but it may be more competitive in the trenches if we can move the ball a little.

Shitty, unimaginative offense as well. The LSU offense should not have even showed up. Just let the defense play the entire the game.

zerEAUX was hired to get us over the hump, yet we lose by 2 TDs and had them kneeling inside the 20 on another to close the game. This is against the worse Bama defense they have had at any point in the last 10 years because of the missing LBs and LSU being at full strength offensively and defensively.
And what does that ignoramous say afterwards We comin”. Comin where? No you got your arse handed to you by a depleted team with a 1 demensional QB.

My answer would be strength and conditioning along with depth on both sides of the line.
Bama just seems to roll fresh bodies out on the field all game. We, lacking such depth, tend to wear down as the game progresses. We finally get to that point in the game where we are overmatched, especially on the O&D lines.
