Why call up Kramer...

If you're not going to start him? Not in the lineup again tonight. Yeah, he's 27 but his game is still developing. I just don't get why they would take away live at bats by calling him up at this point in the year just to sit him.

How about just be happy for him?

Because he's a non-prospect. He was brought up because they needed another infielder that could play shortstop until Edmundo Sosa gets back. But the other utility guy that was called up a week or so before him hit a home run last night, so of course they're going back to him.

I am happy for him. Don't misinterpret my post. I want to see him play because i believe he can succeed at that level.

I'll be shocked if he does start. He wasn't exactly tearing up triple a with that .220 average

Wait a minute! Are you trying to say the Cardinals may actually have a reason as to why they called him up and aren't just leaving him out of the line up to spite LSU fans and prolong the start of his HOF career?

Some people are just entirely too attached to these players.

Cardinals need to have a press conference ASAP.

how about you do that, and then come back to us with their power metrics compared to Kramers

Not sure, but it sure did make that lady proud. I think it's his mom.

It happens ALL the time. Why is this call up any different?
Posted on 5/11/22 at 7:30 pm to tpc63086
He was not even a golden spikes level player in college. Small. No power projection. Not even an elite contact hitter which is looked down upon these days (regardless of your stance on that)

It’s weird. I hope former players succeed across all playing fields, but some have an unhealthy obsession.
