This is the main reason. Also Burrow has been at the cusp of starting for a top 5 team for the last two years. That is not chopped liver. Meyer had to make a hard decision on what he was going to do in his QB situation and he made it...

im high on burrow because he wasn't developed by Cameron,O or ensminger. He was developed by urban meyer and his staff and they have proven to develop very good college qb's

Nobody else on the roster has taken a meaningful snap in a college game either, so hopefully more competition will make the best player step up, whether it’s Butrow or not.

The fact that one of the biggest reason a lot of people want Burrow is because he WAS NOT developed by our coaches is a big problem.
Are we going to have to find a grad transfer every year O is here just to have a little hope.

Joe is ready...dad is college coach = very high football IQ. He has been playing QB since he was born. JMHO.

So what happened at tOSU? He’s so ready, he was born and bred to do this, but yet he’s never started. I’m glad to have the kid and I hope he does well, but he’s an unknown.

Do not think there is much difference between Joe and Haskins. Urban probably wishes he had not made a decision as early as he did.
