We've seen him throwing passes during pre-game. He doesn't have a sling. Someone on campus must see him every day, yet crickets... Coach O acts like he has no idea when Myles is coming back. Are we to assume that O doesn't talk to Brennan or his family? WTF? I'm not saying he could turn this disaster around, but JFC, for us to not know ANYTHING just seems like another example of O not even being able to handle the basics of being a head coach, like knowing the EXACT status of all of his potential starters?

Are so stupid as to believe that 0 doesn’t talk to Brennan? have you considered that 0 simply just doesn’t tell the media everything he knows about the injury? And who knows, maybe Brennan asked him to keep it hush.

It sure looks like it, and I honestly can't blame him. Some confirmation from O would be nice.

Honestly if I’m Myles Brennan I would do everything in my power to not come back this year. This OL is gonna make him look like a shitty QB.

Your response loses all credibility with a mom joke as part of your profile...but you keep doing you. I actually believe that O is so stupid that he doesn't talk to Brennan as I don't think he has the mental capacity to deal with more than one QB at a time.

YOu may not have noticed that often details of injuries on college players are sparse.

He isn’t coming back this year…he probably could but I don’t blame him for saving eligibility.

Brennan is the best LSU quarterback that never was.

Hopefully medical red shirt him and get another year of eligibility. No use wasting him this year. Maybe next year's coaching staff can do something with him.

I mean, maybe so. I’m not an O defender but come on man, you really don’t think that even the dumbest head coach wouldn’t know the injury status of his QB?

Coaches always use coach speak to tell us nothing and some coaches keep injuries tightly under wraps.

Took me a second to realize what you are talking about. Haven’t looked at my profile in a decade. But I’ll leave it Bc I’m still all up in your mom.

He is not coming back. He will not last one game behind this OL. If it were not for Max's Size and toughness, he would be gone for the season like the others. Jaque Douct had Rohan Davey on his show and Rohan gave a good analysis of it.

Sorry that you had to dig her up to get some of that. Did you get some friction burn from the dirt?

He broke his non-throwing arm. The fact that he can toss the ball around in pregame doesn’t tell you much about how his rehab is coming along.

Do you think that’s how this works? Myles Brennan and his family just make the decision in a vacuum and tell Orgeron “I’ll be ready in one more week”?

He has to be medically cleared for practice before anything can happen. And then he has to be cleared for full contact. Until that happens, it’s not even up to Myles. He’s rehabbing from surgery.

Then, once he’s cleared there’s the question of how long it takes to knock the rust off. I’m sure that’s why they are hoping he can be back for the open week - that’s his best opportunity to get a lot of practice reps. Otherwise you’re in full-on game prep every week, which makes it hard to commit enough reps to really evaluate how Myles has recovered.
