TV schedules. The basketball season is nearing tournament time, so it is the main focus right now. Until March Madness is over, baseball takes a back seat.

There are a bunch of other games this weekend at the box. Some in the mornings, like 9:30, and others at night. Northwestern State is playing in the 4 team rotation as well. And in advance, it gives us a better chance to get all our games in if weather is bad. The weather is pretty good so, I guess, better safe than sorry.

Chicken really needs to do something about these keyboard tough guys whose only purpose for signing on to TD is to insult people or their views. Probably wouldn’t be so brave in person.

As opposed to the dumbasses that were here last year (and before) whining about the coach every time we lose a mid week game or blew a Sunday game because the bull pen melted down and lost a series to a lesser SEC team or were trailing deep into a game? Or the ones pinning for Bianco because Ole Miss won the year before?

Had you not included the “not ideal for fans” part in your op, you wouldn’t have gotten the reactions you did. But that line implies that all you are concerned with is the inconvenience to you. In turn that makes you seem pretty self-centered. Thus the assholish responses that I tend to agree with.
Jay is doing what is best for the team. He doesn’t give 2 shits what anyone else thinks

Plenty of night time games on the schedule, I like having these early unimportant games on during the work days
